As an agent my conduct within our professional community affects how I am treated by my colleagues. I have earned a good reputation in over 600 transactions in the San Francisco area by being honest, direct and ethical.
With clients I form a close, professional bond that puts them squarely at the center of each transaction. I endeavor to understand what they want and how to get them as close to their ideal as possible within the limitations of the marketplace. This is why I don’t specialize in just one neighborhood, or price range, or property type. I go where my clients’ needs take me. From affordable units sold through the Mayor’s Office of Housing, to first time home buyers, to multi-million dollar buildings and single family homes; I have facilitated buyers and sellers across a broad spectrum. That experience gives me a unique breadth of knowledge about the real estate market in San Francisco and the East Bay.
Lastly, my relationships with other service providers has proved invaluable to my clients over the years. I have trusted contacts at every major bank, fantastic mortgage brokers, terrific insurance agents and capable attorneys that I can refer you to as your needs warrant. From inspectors to stagers, painters to handymen, electricians to interior designers, plumbers to general contractors, architects to interior designers – I can recommend a wide array of service professionals based on my personal experience and client feedback. Just tell them Tim sent you and they will take good care of you!
